Founded in 2000, Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi’s award-winning programs are available for children and adults 6 days a week. Kung Fu increases self-confidence, discipline, focus, fitness, and strength. It can improve a young person’s performance in school and an adult’s performance at work.Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that focuses on the interconnection between the body and mind and is excellent for anyone who wants to improve their health. It has numerous benefits such as reduced stress, improved balance & fall reduction, improved joint health & reduction of arthritic pain, improved sleep, and more. It helps with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia.Jing Ying's programs are for all levels of fitness. Their youngest student is 4 and their oldest student is 95!Improving lives and building community are Jing Ying's passions, and they happily donate to local charities and schools. They also offer numerous free and low-cost workshops to the community throughout the year. Jing Ying means “best of the best,” and they will help you be your best!
