Jill Khan enjoyed a long career as a professional dancer, which took her around the world. She discovered yoga 17 years ago and now practices daily. She completed her teacher training in Yin yoga in 2017 and currently holds group classes and 1 to 1 classes around Preston, specifically for ladies. also qualified in Hatha and Vinyasa flow.Jill is passionate about giving ladies the opportunity to slow down, reconnect, explore their body and mind and bring a wonderful sense of well being back in to their lives. She welcomes any age and abilty to her classes and teaches with love, warmth and compassion to each individual.
