Community Connecting - Social Activities - Short Breaks - PA SupportWe are a small team currently working across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. Josh and Ray, who share a passion for helping vulnerable people, met in 2012 working in a community connecting service. They both started their own businesses supporting young people and in 2021 collaborated to maximise opportunities for clients by providing a greater social network and more flexibility.We support individuals with a learning disability to achieve their personal goals and become engaged in their local community. We are a person-centred service, designed around the needs of our clients.We hold events and group activities for individuals with disabilities to help them to overcome the adversity they face, realise their true potential and embrace life! NeuroConnect is our next event being held at The Picturedrome, Northampton, Wednesday 16 October 2024.
