Jesse Moreng is passionate about helping others realize that they can uncover a hidden strength that can enable them to become stronger, happier and healthier from the inside out. After finding the Wim Hof Method and experiencing many positive physical and mental changes, Jesse dove deeper into the practice. He realized the limitless possibilities that this practice could have on people from all walks of life, with various health challenges and/or performance goals. Witnessing many individuals practice this method and overcome or improve serious physical and mental health issues was the most instrumental in moving him to pursue his instructor certification. As a graduate of the Wim Hof Academy, Jesse is beyond excited to help spread the Wim Hof Method (WHM) so others can live and perform with a newfound level of inner-strength, happiness and health. Michael Roviello is an intergral part of this workshop and has been studying the method for some time now. His background in leadership, communication, energy work and connection is second to none. Michael is a US Navy veteran and worked was a helicopter search and rescue swimmer. Michael has completed the advanced training under Wim hof and is excited to be part of this workshop “I believe the Wim Hof Method is a powerful tool that can benefit nearly anyone in life changing ways. The magic of the method is not only its effectiveness, but it’s simplicity and time efficiency. It is the most powerful simple tool that I have encountered in my 20+ years of studying health, fitness and performance. Although, there is much science behind the method, the power of the breath, cold and mindset training is something that can only be fully understood when it is felt. I encourage you to come with an open mind and body to feel the positive effects of this method. Please don’t let the cold exposure discourage you. As someone who personally struggled dealing with cold, I never imagined that through gradual cold exposure, I could build the strength that would allow me immerse in colder and colder temperatures and not feel cold. The WHM is not about “pushing” your limits, but about opening your heart, acceptance, and connecting on a deeper level.
