Our Mission is to empower and uplift diverse communities by fostering inclusion and unity through sports and small business initiatives. We believe that every individual deserves access to opportunities that promote teamwork and inclusion, to be treated with respect and have the resources they need to make an impact. Our main Fundraiser is the Jerseys and Dresses Tailgate, the classiest Tailgate on America's Favorite Island. Annually this event will support one National and two local organizations. This year the beneficiaries are The Eagles Autism Foundation, Visitation Home and Sandalwood Food Pantry. This unique event will celebrate the spirit of community and sportsmanship, bringing together fans from across the country to enjoy a weekend of camaraderie, entertainment and some good old fashioned tailgating. All with the lush nature and beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island as your backdrop. Hilton Head Island has been voted America's Favorite Island 8 years in a row by Conde Nast. Enjoy a day of fishing or golfing on Friday then meet for a traditional Oyster Roast Friday evening at FISH in Coligny Plaza. Saturday Night break out your Jerseys and Dresses for the Inaugural Jerseys and Dresses tailgate The Classiest Tailgate on America's Favorite Island at Concourse of Hilton Head. In alignment with the NFL's Mission for diversity, equity and inclusion, Jerseys and Dresses™ aims to create a welcoming environment where fans from around the country come together to raise money in the name of Unity and Inclusion and celebrate the love of the game. This event will take place at Concourse of Hilton Head, the Island's newest enthusiast auto club and storage facility.
