Jay has thrown himself into many cultures and worked very hard to cultivate connection and language learning, building a comfort with the unknown.He has also immersed himself in many start-up environments over 25 years as an advisor.Jay gave a few years of his very early mornings and very late nights to a book called "Retellable: How Your Essential Stories Unlock Power and Purpose." The process made him a better coach, thinker and speaker, as part of the outcome was a universal framework for storytelling, speech writing and thought leadership called the Journey Curve.And the most important part of the Journey, it turns out, is the unknown.Jay lives with his wife, two kids and puma-dog in the mountains of Ashland, Oregon.
