Janice Bryant-Baker is a certified etiquette and life skills trainer. She has been the founder and CEO of The Real Wings, Inc. since 2011, which is a non-profit organization. Janice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Morgan State University. She is a retiree from the State of Maryland after 38 years of service. Janice is no stranger to working with youth. She has worked in the capacity of Day Care Director for eight years and volunteered as a softball coach for 20 years. This non-profit mentoring program was established out of a passion to help girls ages 10-15 transform their lives to discover their inner strengths and outer worth.MISSION STATEMENT: Mentoring young ladies ages 10 to 15 to empower, transform and edify their lives emotionally, spiritually and physically through etiquette training. VISION STATEMENT: Mentor young ladies to transform their lives through etiquette training and role modeling exercises that create opportunities through social activities to discover their inner strengths and outer worth.Additionally, Janice is the founder and CEO of The "G" Boys Club, Inc. This non-profit mentoring program was designed to be a positive interactive program for boys ages 6 to 16 to build their confidence and pride. This organization helps to develop their manly character of self-love, manners, finance, health and spiritual awareness. MISSION STATEMENT:Mentoring young men ages 6 to 16 in realistic ways of building essential skills towards a manly character, confidence, and edify their lives gentlemanly, emotionally, spiritually and physically.VISION STATEMENT:The young men will learn what it means to be a man in their own lives and in today’s society. “G” Boy’s wants to manifest boys to feel proud of themselves to exceed in their lives in excellence as they grow into young men.
