Jady Christina is a passionate samba instructor and cultural educator, deeply rooted in the rhythms and traditions of Brazilian dance. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, she has lived and breathed samba since childhood, developing her artistry through years of experience as a passista with renowned samba schools such as G.R.E.S. Alegria da Zona Sul (2012), G.R.E.S. Império Serrano (2013), and G.R.E.S. Em Cima da Hora (2018–2020). Jady’s dynamic dance journey also includes her long-standing role as a capoeirista and performer with Centro Cultural de Capoeira Ventre Livre, where she has trained and danced since 2000.In addition to her performance career, Jady is a skilled cultural educator and tour guide, committed to sharing the rich heritage of Brazil with audiences from around the world. Since 2018, she has led immersive cultural experiences that highlight Brazil’s music, dance, history, and identity. Her academic background in tourism management, with a degree from CEFET-RJ (2019), enhances her ability to blend education and entertainment, making her classes both informative and unforgettable. Jady brings not only movement, but heart, culture, and authenticity to every space she enters.
