Follow Jack & Jill of America, Raleigh-Wake ChapterFounded in 1938, Jack and Jill of America, Inc., is the oldest and largest African American family organization in the United States. Since 1950, the Raleigh-Wake Chapter has been an integral part of the Wake County community- demonstrating a commitment to nurturing future African-American leaders by strengthening children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving and civic duty. The Jack and Jill Foundation is the non-profit philanthropic arm of Jack and Jill. Since its inception in 1968, the foundation has distributed millions of dollars to communities across America to address issues affecting primarily African American children and families.
