I suffered from fibroids, longer-than-normal menstrual cycles ultimately driven to have a hysterectomy. I did use red root during the fibroid stage and learned that it helped to shrink them. But, my quality of life was horrible with the long and painful menstrual cycles. This was a very informative workshop!
