Hi all, I'm a Hong Kong raised Canadian now based in Dallas. I discovered the Service Cloud during the Pandemic working for the Department of State Health Services. Having supported the quality improvement of healthcare systems throughout various roles, I chose to re-focus my career development in Salesforce. I started learning it on Trailhead and then later joined the WeAreAmplify Cohort. In my nonworking days, to give back to the Ohana I mentor new trailblazers, lead the Frisco Admin Group in Texas, and am a Salesforce Coach at Clicked Inc and Cofounder of the Healthcare Heroes Force. I also volunteer for organizations that focus on helping women and nonbinary people of color transition to and thrive in tech careers. Fun Fact: I'm multilingual and love interior designing.
