ImPossible Teen Club

The ImPOSSIBLE Youth Mentoring Program (IYMP) of ImPOSSIBLE Paradigm Shifters (IPS) revolves around youth empowerment. Through the said program, IPS can establish programming activities focusing on youth mentorship and skills development. Moreover, mentors, counselors, and professionals from the local communities will be asked to volunteer in the said program. The mentorship program also the community, especially between the youth and the general population. The core programs of the IYMP include financial literacy, sportsmanship, mental development, and youth empowerment has within. Most importantly, IYPP emphasizes the BGOP Mindset. The BGOP Mindset or the Be Great on Purpose Mindset is a mentality, mantra, and standard that IPS upholds and instills in its youth participants. The said mindset is incorporated in every program, and activity IPS conducts. The BGOP Mindset encourages teens to be the best versions of themselves regardless of their background or current state.
