Together and in groups, we discuss, debate and challenge each other on best HR practices looking at the latest trends, case study, legislative changes, and hot topics that pose significant challenges and risks to companies. Exclusive to this group; Nic Preston will provide an update on what's new and upcoming in the world of legislation as it relates to HR.The HRP4B Mentorship Groupwill run on the opposite months of the MasterClass Group and is intended to bring together those of all levels and stages of the individual's HR career path. Leaders and professionals are encouraged to share their experiences, wisdom and support to those with less experience, and where up-and-coming professionals are introduced to a network of people who they can look up to throughout their HR journey. Friendships, mentorships and collaborations will be felt at the heart of this group. There are no limitations to who can join this group, as long as individuals are on an HR path.
