About the Housing & Homelessness PartnershipThe Housing and Homelessness Partnership (HHP) is a collaborative that engages the community at all levels. Nine partners from the three orders of government, private, and non-profit sector, come together to work with community partners to address homelessness and housing poverty in Halifax.
