This meditation practice started from South Korea about two decades ago, nowadays the method is being practiced in more than 350 centers worldwide. Our center in Hollywood opened up about half a year ago.The meditation method is very easy to follow, it is made for people from any age, gender, educational background, cultural background, and religious background, etc. Anybody can do this meditation.
