About Hmong Committee of 100

The Hmong Committee of 100 (“the Committee”) is a national non-partisan, 501(c) (4) organization composed of American citizens of Hmong descent.The Hmong Committee of 100 was founded in 2024 by a group of concerned Hmong Americans who are leaders in their fields. They recognize the need to confront the growth and development of the Hmong community politically, economically, and socially. It is through our members’ active participation in academia, government, business, law, science, and the arts that the Committee can provide insight, leadership and support to the great issues facing our Hmong community locally and nationally.Membership in the Committee is by invitation only and only to carefully selected Americans of Hmong descent. Invitees are individuals who have demonstrated leadership in their respective fields, are active in the Hmong American community, are willing to commit their resources to participate in Committee programs and activities and promote the goals of the Committee:Civic Education and Community Engagement – To research, educate, facilitate, and engage our community on current and future issues that will have significant impact on the Hmong community.Political Participation – Increase political participation across the Hmong community.Network and Collaboration – Bring people, communities, and resources together. Working together for a better future for our community.OUR VISION: A diverse, thriving, and successful Hmong community.OUR MISSION: The mission of the Hmong Committee of 100 is to increase the political, economic, and social welfare and capacity of the Hmong American community through civic education, community engagement, and political participation.
