Bonnie Bickel lives with her partner and three young kids at Hidden Valley, a large, stunning property in Tasmania's central north. She spends her time completing building projects on the property, baking artisanal sourdough bread, and producing all of her family's fruit and vegetables in her large garden. Bonnie leads workshops about practical skills for sustainable living, including no dig gardening, building, sourdough bread making and compost making.
