Our mission is to provide a unique community based, integrated model to support young women aging out of the foster care system. Through individual and group mentoring, life skills training, social enrichment camps, retreats, employment training, and supportive housing options, Our House builds upon each component to help assure successful outcomes as youth transition to adulthood.
