Herman Lai from Taiwan but living in Amsterdam after having finished MBA study in 2020 at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. Currently, he works full-time at Morningstar Sustainalytics as an Analyst related to ESG. Before he worked at Deloitte Taipei as a finical advisor. Beyond the career, he keep studying music with Bert 't Hart (organ) and Hans van Beelen (piano), and sings in KCOV Amsterdam and Linguae atque Cordis. With diverse backgrounds, he’s studied Arts Management in National Taipei University of Arts and worked arts & culture project such as the opera production Handsel und Gretel in National Theatre and Concert Hall, Taipei with the director, Petra Müller, from Hamburg Opera House. Furthermore, he’s been a pianist in Taipei Philharmonic Youth Choir performed in National Concert Hall with a conductor Mark A. Carpio from Philippine.
