Her Glow Collective – Where Real Friendships BeginHer Glow Collective is a social club for women in Salt Lake and Utah County. We created this space for women from all walks of life to come together, build meaningful friendships, and enjoy fun, uplifting events.Making friends as an adult can be challenging, yet it’s one of the things we need most. Her Glow is here to ease the pressure that comes with meeting new people and to remind us that real-life connection matters... especially in a world where our phones and technology often take center stage.While smartphones and social media keep us connected, research shows they can’t replace the depth of face-to-face connection. That’s why Her Glow exists: to bring women together, in person, to share experiences, laughter, and lasting friendships.Here’s what science tells us about connecting in real life vs. online:- Face-to-face interactions bring deeper satisfaction, better moods, and less stress,especiallyfor women.- Online interactions, while convenient, often fall short emotionally and can increase negative self-comparisons.- Mental health risks such as anxiety, depression, and body image concerns are more common when digital connection overshadows real-world relationships.- Authentic friendships take time and presence—something harder to build when our energy is spread thin across digital connections.Her Glow Collective is here to change that!
