Henry Rojas has over 7 years of experience in the architectural field and real estate investments. Starting in 2017, he specialized in custom homes and extensive home additions while working on apartment buildings as a side hustle with investors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Henry fully shifted his focus to real estate investment (REI) projects, helping fellow investors maximize their lot potential for the highest and best use. To further enhance his on-site expertise, he worked as a Construction Project Manager under Taco from tacoaboutinvesting.Today, Rojas Empire of Design has completed over 581 unit conversions across Ontario, ranging from duplexes to high-rise apartment buildings. Currently, the team is working on 141 more unit conversions, bringing the grand total to 764. The company has collaborated with over 25 municipalities across Southern Ontario, stretching from Oshawa to Chatham-Kent, including lot development projects.
