As an intuitive healer and doula, she weaves CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, mindfulness, and other holistic modalities into her work with clients and students.Heathir enjoys facilitating breakthroughs, deep healing, and powerful transformations. When she isn't teaching or seeing clients, she enjoys hiking with her family, practicing meditation, and heading to the beach as much as possible.
