HOPE. HAPPENS. HERE.At Hearts of Hope, our promise is to help people grieving loss and tragedy find hope so they can find meaning and grow. We do this through grief counseling and referral services, education and workshops to educate about grief and loss, and community service where handmade small ceramic hearts are painted, decorated, accompanied with personal messages of hope and compassion. Our first and most vibrant chapter is Hearts of Hope Newtown, CT, Chapter, which is the location of this upcoming event.
