Follow Head to Toe HarmonySound has been used as a calming therapy for thousands of years across many cultures. A sound bath is an mind and body calming class where soothing musical instruments are played. At the end of a group sound bath session you will feel less stressed, have a calmer mind and a sense of inner wellbeing. You must bring a yoga mat or similar, one or two pillows/cushions and a blanket. The you then just lay (or sit) down, close your eyes and do nothing for a full hour. Easy! Benefit At the end of a class you will feel less stressed, have a calmer mind and a sense of inner wellbeing. This level of relaxation can lead to reduced stress/ anxiety levels and tension caused physical discomfort, increased joyfulness and improved sleep patterns. The sounds of the calming instruments are a wonderful distraction for busy minds.
