Could have been more tickits( coins) to give to crawfish participants. I believe each Person who pays admission should get three tickets First, second and third choice This way, everyone has a fair chance of winning. If a person who buys a mission to the crawfish cookoff and gets three tickets, they’ll have one ticket to give to their third favorite second favorite and first favorite Then, at the end, whoever has the most tickets should win Maybe next year they should have a snow cone truck for kids or adults :) Add some face painting, some more family activities and maybe let it go on for another two hours after for people to enjoy the outdoors and music Great location though!
