The owner of the place was very welcoming and pleasant. I think the idea of the place is wonderful. The reason for the 3 is because the person that did the candle pouring experience was not engaging. She gave bare minimum directions. Luckily there was another person present that assisted me an explained things to my daughter and I. Then the owner was checking in on us. I would like to learn how to do candle pouring from someone that is excited about what we were doing since it was supposed to be a Holiday experience.
