Gratta Winesis a small batch winery and wine bar in SF's Bayview, producing primarily Reds from Dry Creek Valley. All of the fermentation, pressing, barreling and bottling is done meticulously for a true hand crafted wine. We have expanded our operation to include a Italian Specialty Market with imported items as well as collaboating with local bayview makers with a "local shelf"Bonjerkis owned and operaed by Anica Wu, a butcher, specializing in asian spiced Jerky. Growing up in Hong Kong, her best memories came from Sunday dim sum—a tea and small eats experience that can last hours—with family. One by one, the table would be stacked with steaming baskets filled with our favorite dishes, one being the char siu BBQ buns. These memories are the guiding light for the ingredients used in our products. My family indulged hard on Sundays.
