This event is exclusively for women looking to unwind and destress in a peaceful environment.1 .5 hours gong bath of pure sound healing with an amazing array of gongs and other instruments all in one session as you relax on the floor laying down.As we elevate our energies to another plane and re-emerge as the best of ourselves revitalised and ready to face all the dark corners of our psyche that hinders us down as we celebrate the end of Summer. The feeling of calm and nothingness, self healing and bliss.On occasions the mind can wonder into suppressed emotions which we encourage you to accept as a part of the process. You will feel in most cases calm, regenerated, re-centered, sometimes ecstatic for some days after the session.
