Girl Flow is a local Charlotte nonprofit advancing menstrual equity and cycle-smart wellness for youth and families since 2015. We make dignity practical: each school year we distribute 50,000+ period products across partner schools and community sites, and pair that access with clear, stigma-free education.What we host: hands-on Her Essentials workshops; wellness events like “Spill the Tea”; clinician-led panels and Q&As; volunteer packing parties for Red Cart Essentials kits; and community drives that mobilize products, space, and supporters.
