Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Gia has lived in Long Beach, California since 1991. Entrepreneurially minded and an ambitious self-starter from an early age, Gia became a top producing Realtor in 2003. Today, Gia is the President of INTI Realty, a boutique brokerage; and leads a team servicing residential & commercial real estate in Long Beach and surrounding areas.
