Follow Gemma WilliamsThrough practicing yoga Gemma has learnt that by bringing our focus to breath and movement we can develop a strong sense self-awareness. Connecting back with our true self and listening to what the body really needs is the beginning of a beautiful journey of self-discovery. Throughout our daily activities we spend most of our time in our thoughts, and often worrying and stressing. Yoga helps us to practice being in the moment and seeing the bigger picture; that we are all here to have fun on this big beautiful playground called Earth!
