Gary Slater is Founder and CEO of Slater Tactical Solutions, LLC. Slater Tactical Solutions was created to train, equip and prepare individuals and organizations and empower them to live securely in today's ever-changing threat environment.Gary has over thirty years of experience working with Local, State and Federal agencies. He was a Team Leader for both Department of Energy and Department of State Tactical Response Teams, utilizing his knowledge and skill here in the US and abroad. Gary developed and implemented Tactical Doctrine for both agencies, and was recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in the field of Security Operations.Gary's mission in life is to provide people with the knowledge and ability to enjoy life without the fear of "What if...?" Gary has been a Firearms Instructor for over 25 years, was Top Shooter in multiple tactical classes, competed nationally and internationally in SWAT events, and was recognized by the Office of Independent Oversight for Outstanding Leadership and Tactical Prowess. Gary is married to Mandy, co-Founder and CFO of Slater Tactical Solutions, LLC. They have three grown children: Rachel, Christopher and Brandi and they both enjoy the Jeep-Life.
