I am passionate about creating sacred spaces for rest, release, and reconnection through Yin and Restorative yoga. My classes are a gentle invitation to come home to the body—guided by breath, sound, and intuitive touch. With soothing music, organic essential oil head massage, and hands-on assists, I offer a practice that is both grounding and heart-opening.Rooted in stillness yet alive with possibility, I weave in guided meditation, somatic movement, and occasional slow flow to honour the rhythms of each group and season.
