Fringe Windsor

Just went to the first night of the Windsor Fringe Festival. It’s been a favourite of mine forever! I’ve made a point of attending the Fringe in Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge and now, Windsor. Saw two great plays, and setting up a schedule to check out six more.  Really enjoyed “Three Marys”, a one woman play recounting the passionate experiences of Jesus’ mother, the Magdalene, and Lazarus’ sister. Also “I Sound Like Mom” - a powerful story of one woman’s rebellion against her mother’s guidance, to finally realize the love and truth behind it. I encourage anyone who enjoys theatre to get out and support the Fringe! It’s here until Sunday and a great way to spend an evening!
