Fred Sed is a third generation Realtor® who joined Keller Williams as a single agent in October 2013 because of the awesome tools and resources that the company offers, by the end of 2013 they finished with $6 million in volume and are on a pace to finish 2017 with over $47.5 million in volume. In August of 2015 Fred, became and expansion agent, and his hub team expanded to the San Fernando Valley market, and are currently launching into a 3rd market. Fred attributes the growth of his Real Estate business to the Expansion Systems and MREA Models that Keller Williams offers. He encourages agents to follow the same path as him because they can have similar success and expand their Real Estate business when they apply what they learn from KW.
