ABOUT Foster Care Unplugged is focused on enriching and developing the lives of youth in foster care and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for disadvantaged children at risk to being placed in the child welfare system. OUR MISSION The Mission of Foster Care Unplugged is to identify foster care youth, and develop their emotional-social skills on their journey to resiliency and success within their educational and social environment on their way to adulthood. This can be completed through Foster Care Unplugged’s vision of bringing awareness in order to identify partnerships, and initiatives with those who can contribute to the mission.
