Follow Foothills to Plains Native Plant Master ProgramFoothills to Plains Native Plant Master Program proudly offers classes in Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and El Paso counties. Learn more about native plants in Colorado by signing up for classes. A One-Day Class is a 2-4 hour class where you can brush up on basic botany, be guided on a botanical exploration of a unique environment, learn more about specialized plants or delve into topic areas like sustainable landscaping for pollinators. For those wanting to deepen their knowledge, take a NPM Curriculum Course to learn more about Colorado plants during three sessions in a local natural area. These courses will sharpen your plant identification skills by using a botanical key, plant families and scientific names.
