Foothills to Plains Native Plant Master Program proudly offers classes in Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and El Paso counties. Learn more about native plants in Colorado by signing up for classes. A One-Day Class is a 2-4 hour class where you can brush up on basic botany, be guided on a botanical exploration of a unique environment, learn more about specialized plants or delve into topic areas like sustainable landscaping for pollinators. For those wanting to deepen their knowledge, take a NPM Curriculum Course to learn more about Colorado plants during three sessions in a local natural area. These courses will sharpen your plant identification skills by using a botanical key, plant families and scientific names.
