Follow Flathead Story ConcertsThe venue was just right for visiting with people ahead, getting a drink to bring in, seeing the mountains, blue sky, sun out the glass garage door…hearing a story aloud is so different than reading it ourself. I admired all the speakers for weaving their tales, writing their poems and getting up there to share with all of us. Creative and inspiring 90 minutes. I want to try to do the same next year…we all have a story—or two—to tell. (I wish there was a door to close on the kitchen nearby, sometimes it was pretty noisy and I felt empathy for the speaker.) Hats off to Barbara and Glenn for organizing, publicizing, wanting to bring creative voices out of the Valley and into a space to be heard by others. Thank you.

Loved the stories. Venue was very hot, but no fault of their's. Introduction was far too long.

They couldn’t help that the venue was so hot. It was miserable. I was disappointed because last spring I went to a FVCC class dress rehearsal for the same type of venue and it was all the same people. Their stories are exceptional, but I was hoping for new stories.
