Hello, I'm Tish! I am a well rounded personal trainer who got into fitness as an enthusiastic child in middle school where I ran cross county for the South of England. Now my main interests are rock climbing indoors and outside, running and yoga. I have always been a very active and want to share that passion with my clients. I am a dynamic, hard working trainer and can offer motivational exercises via innovative training methods to match your training goals.
