Our First Fridays Leadership Team is composed of Jim and Jere Johnson (co-founders) Jan Diaz (women's events director) Sarah Arnold (social media director), Rob Kee (community relations), Amy Hanna (community relations), Doug Bowman (photographer), and Cameron Davis (videographer). First Fridays Fort Wayne started in November of 2017 and has grown over the past 2 years to reaching over 1000 leaders in NE Indiana each month. Our goal is the help people get better. When individuals get better, their company gets better, and ultimately our community gets better. We do this in three ways: 1.Educate to know. 2. Encourage to grow 3.
