Fathers' UpLift is the first mental health facility in the country dedicated to fathers and their families. Our mission is to provide mental health counseling, coaching, and advocacy to help fathers overcome barriers—such as racism, trauma, and addiction—that prevent them from staying engaged in their children’s lives.
