Alleviate those pre-race jitters or test your abilities to build the confidence to enter the next one. This HALFROX simulation race is for everyone!The HALFROX race will consist of the 8 standard HYROX exercises and running. Repetitions and distances will be half of the full HYROX race standards but we will be using similar, if not identical, weights and equipment.
