Heidi Duncan is anEvidence Based Birth®Instructor, a Childbirth Educator and Certified Birth Doula with over 20 years of experience educating and supporting families during pregnancy, labor and beyond. She is passionate about teaching couples about the amazing birthing process, dispelling myths and empowering women to do what they were designed to.During her years living in Middle TN, she has personally supported over 300 families during their labor & birth, and has attended over 400 births in her career as a Doula. Those births have brought her to 20 different hospitals and birth centers, working alongside dozens of Nurses, Midwives, and Obstetricians.
