“Great event! Felt safe the entire time! Not over crowded. However, something with the air circulation of the venue made it too humid and hot that night. Qe left early because of it. There was no non-smoking area outside to cool down. We asked security and event organizers. But aside from that incredible event!!!! ”

“The event itself was great and quite energetic. However, my experience with the refund process was disappointing. My friend had booked the event but couldn't attend. When we requested a refund, Praveen, the realtor, saying you booked early to attend, not to cancel. This response was unsatisfactory and hurtful. When organizing events, patience with all customers is essential; attending wasn't free—we paid, and receiving such an irresponsible answer is unfair. Everyone has their reasons for asking for a refund; it's not obligatory to attend, right? Despite this issue, I thoroughly enjoyed the event and want to express my appreciation to the team members who put in their efforts. Thank you!”
