Welcome. Our community is based in the fact that we all walk with the Goddess. We value the divine feminine, Earth-Based Judaism, ecofeminist thought and practice, and justice. Our space is open to All - abilities, races, genders, sexualities, and religions. Rosh Chodesh Rosh Chodesh is a monthly celebration of the transition of the moon. Ancestrally, this gathering is held by and for Jewish women and also commemorates the transition to the next Jewish month. (NOTE: our space is open to all genders and all religions - not just cis-women and Jews!) Dance Circle Throughout most cultures dance is a ceremonial celebration of changes in life. Frequently, dance is used to process stuck emotions, celebrate or grieve the life of a lost one, or commemorate a life change (like marriage!). Our dance welcomes all feelings and emotions to our space. Dream Interpretation Dream interpretation is a massive part of Jewish mysticism and is seen as messages from our ancestors. Together we will interpret our dreams, but we will also vision futures of change - for ourselves and our community. Even if you aren't having "dreams" - you can still be a dreamer! Makers Space Artistic expression is often inhibited at a young age in favor of more linear ways of thinking and progressing. This space is offered to reclaim any and all artistic expression centered around closing our month and moving towards our vibrancy in the future.
