Follow Esmeralda LopezDay Yoga RetreatOur new day yoga retreat are split into two sessions:Morning Session: XL Yoga ClassThis extra long yoga class includes breath work, meditation, and intention setting, followed by a Vinyasa Flow session. You’ll be provided with several variations, ensuring that everyone has the appropriate choice, regardless of their level or ability. We’ll finish with powerful breathing, leading directly into relaxation.Afternoon Session: Myofascial /Yin NidraThe afternoon session start with Myofascial Release using therapy balls, followed Yin Yoga. The final 30 minutes will be a guided Yoga Nidra, helping us transition our awareness from the external world to our inner selves, bringing about deep relaxation and a sense of peace.PricingYou can book the whole day for £60 or individual sessions for £30. (Subject to availability)Who Should AttendBoth sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities.This is also an excellent opportunity for athletes, as there will be plenty of tips on gaining flexibility through the use of therapy balls, it is also great for anyone looking to reconnect with itself.What to BringAll equipment will be provided, but I recommend bringing your own mat, a cozy blanket and thick socksWe will be having lunch together. Salad and Humus will be provided. Please bring something vegetarian to share.Hot drinks provided.
