Our vision is for everyone to live in a world without domestic violence and abuse. We raise awareness of the financial & personal impact of domestic violence on businesses via training and coaching. We also empower, businesswomen by providing a supportive community within which they can ‘share’ via open networking events, support groups and coaching (for Survivors). Business Women - We provide ‘open’ networking events and workshops to enable them to build friendships and feel empowered. As well as support groups and coaching for those who are survivors of difficult, toxic, abusive relationships. Facilitating them to feel valued, regain control of their lives & go on to live the happy, fulfilled, successful lives they seek. Businesses - We coach and train mangers to recognise the signs of domestic abuse and understand the impact it has on business. To enable them to support their employees and/or colleagues dealing with this situation, to improve staff retention, presenteeism, absenteeism and reduce employment costs. Schools - We provide talks to schools to enable our adults of the future to understand what healthy relationships look like, how to set boundaries and what to do if they find themselves in a situation, they are uncomfortable with. Business Women - We provide ‘open’ networking events and workshops to enable them to build friendships and feel empowered. As well as support groups and coaching for those who are survivors of difficult, toxic, abusive relationships.
