We promote bold policies that change the way people and organizations behave and invest in leaders enabling others to reach their full potential.For more than 15 years, EWB has been attracting and developing passionate and pragmatic problem solvers who challenge the status quo and lay the groundwork for social change. EWB ofers its members the opportunity to develop their critical thinking skills, gain valuable leadership experience and take active roles in systemic change initiatives. Some launch the ventures that EWB supports in Africa or Canada; some take accelerated career paths thanks to the skills and insights they've developed; all are sought after by leading non-profts, social enterprises, organizations and corporations across the globe.We’ve created a community of 32 university and 8 professional chapters across Canada and invested in dozens of innovative ventures.
