ENCLAVE O’Hare welcomes entrepreneurs from next door-USA, and from around the world. Through master classes, coaching, and other individualized education programs, ENCLAVE O’Hare works with Members to: (1) increase the number of career and venture successes, (2) strengthen financial stability and credit worthiness of individuals and their ventures, (3) enrich human relationships at home, work, and elsewhere, (4) elevate overall wellness of individuals, and (5) strongly encourage routine and as-needed visits to healthcare professionals to align the vulnerable entrepreneurial mind and body.Actionable lessons in social psychology, and other behavioral sciences, provide structure for deeper, broader, and higher levels of self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-optimization. To augment development of sensibilities, sensitivities, and skills for (a) sound judgment, (b) secure relationships, and (c) superior performance, ENCLAVE offers a range of master classes, workshops, 14-week certification programs, weekend retreats, peer-to-peer collaboration groups, curated content study teams, mentoring, and other developmental assets. Individuals and their ventures greatly benefit from it all.In the 15,000 sq. ft., three-level, ENCLAVE Building, Members have complimentary (free) access to co-working Day Desks, recreation facilities, parking, and coffee. Modest rental rates apply for dedicated desk space, private offices, meeting rooms, showrooms, event space, storage cabinets, and more. Members are offered discounts from ENCLAVE O’Hare’s book store and gift shop, Wellness Lab, food and beverage café, and other on-site features and benefits. Members enjoy reduced rates for educational programs, learning labs, topical talks, networking events, coaching, cognitive therapy, audio and video recording and production, and other valuable products and services offered by authorized Resident Resources.ENCLAVE O’Hare is not an incubator or accelerator. The three new terms below signify prioritizing developmental needs of individuals; always mindful of growth requirements of their ventures. ENCLAVE O’Hare supports Competence Plans, not business plans; facilitating venture-relevant competence development for entrepreneurs and their principal influencers. In collaboration with municipalities, schools, associations, foundations, incubators, accelerators, and others, ENCLAVE O’Hare works to decrease the number of career and venture failures, reduce household and business bankruptcies, avoid relationship degradation in homes, work, and elsewhere, ameliorate risk to mental health, and head-off stress-related medical emergencies.
