DCS Employer Relations Team consists of Mitch Dillard, Patrick Whalin and Jessica Garl. With over 50 combined years of Child Support experience, the team works in conjunction with the Community Relations Unit as a part of Communications Operations. We strive to provide employer partners a better understanding of how to comply with current New Hire Reporting and Child Support Enforcement requirements by providing them with relevant information, viable options and outstanding support.
